This past weekend we were able to attend the amazing Robodrome in Hamilton. We were graciously invited by MakeShift and Celt-X.
Our robot – Harold – was 90% done being able to shoot a Note, place a Note in the amp and hang. We did have some – Ok – a few glitches we discovered over the course of the two days.
Our exciting part of the weekend is our Drive Coach was able to watch each of our team members who wanted to be drivers drive and he choose our Drive Team! We also figured out who our human player was going to be and she was able to practice her frizbee throws!
We made so many new friends and teams. We were introduced to an Inspector at one of the events and she was able to give us Pre-Inspection for our robot. We had two things to fix but other than that we rocked it!
We were also able to do a double hang with another visiting team which was very neat too!
